With 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms plus a guest WC, this apartment boasts spectacular sea views, mountains to side and rear - simply breathtaking. It is one of only two apartments on the top 5th floor and yes, there is a lift!
Mitsubishi air-conditioning & heating units are fitted in all 3 bedrooms and the lounge-dining area.

A quiet location yet all amenities - bars, great selection of restaurants, etc. - are all within a minute’s walk! Spar supermarket and taxis 20m from the front door, rent-a-car and chemist’s 30m, etc. Clubs/discos for the more youthful 10 mins walk to the right in Cala Millor. The fishing port and marina are just 3 minutes' walk the other way in beautiful Cala Bona harbour.

The apartment is about an hour from the airport. Cala Bona is without doubt one of the most relaxing parts of the island. Alongside the small shops and restaurants catering for tourists, Cala Bona still retains its essentially Majorcan character. Always time for a small coffee and brandy as you watch the world go by in the sunshine, be it summer or winter...

Golf:
In less than 10 minutes, you can drive to any of 4 golf courses: the very friendly Son Servera, Sera de Pula, Capdepera and Canyamel. At last count, there were 19 golf courses across the island.

Other Activities:
This is a great place to wind down and relax but if you are feeling energetic you can try the scuba-diving school, paragliding, horse-riding, cycle-hire, etc. The sea is also very calm here and great for swimming.
There are several leaflets and travel books in the apartment detailing popular excursions, market days, areas of interest and useful telephone numbers. An excursion to the nearby Cuevas del Drach in Porto Cristo is highly recommended.

Lounge/Dining Area:

Large lounge area with AC/heating, 2 luxury settees, Samsung 32" LCD TV with Sky Free-to-View, DVD and video.

Towels, Linen & Cleaning:
Towels and linen are provided. Guests are kindly requested to provide their own beach towels. Beds are changed and the apartment is cleaned throughout ready for each arriving party. Extra cleaning is available on request at extra charge. Guests are requested to leave the apartment before 12 noon and not enter before 3pm on changeover day to allow for cleaning. These times may be flexible according to arrival and departure times.
Outside:
Private balcony overlooking the sea with table and chairs. There is also a communal roof terrace (200m²) for spectacular panoramic views of sea to the fore and mountains to the rear. There are no immediate buildings on either side of the apartment block.

Rates:
Prices are for the property per week in GBP pounds sterling. Payment is accepted in pounds sterling (GBP) or euros (EUR). A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount (min. £100 or 150€ per week) is required to confirm the booking. The remainder is to be paid in full 60 days before departure. Changeover day is Saturday although there is some flexibility depending on the time of year.
